If he really has dementia, which it very well could at his age, the next 4 years are going to be amazing. Biden might looked like a fool at times, but he was always nice to people. oh yeah, the other day he said that „the homeless in DC need to leave, because they are causing the violent crime“. He also said that the murder rate in DC was like the worst anywhere, when in reality if you compare it to last year its lower. He also fired that one dude that gave him numbers he didn’t like. He also imposed a tariff on some country because he didn’t like how the previous leader was treated (something like that). Its too much to remember all the details.

A lot of focus on him saying Leningrad, but thinking that somehow he’s going to acquire two cities from Russia, one of which is it’s fucking capital, is by far the craziest part of what he said.

I would say Trump is in stage 4 of Frontotemporal Dementia. It is still considered early onset and he may be receiving medications. At this stage, he will struggle with cognition and intellectual issues.
Stage 5 is considered the midpoint and while the disease may have been progressing gradually, there is often an acceleration with rapid degeneration during this phase. You can look for marked change in this stage, not only in his speech, but in his physical coordination.
