Not only is it the better China, but it’s also the source of modern electronics for the world. It absolutely needs to remain independent.
Looks like Taiwan and Canada just signed a MOU, Canada will provide Taiwan the use of Dark Vessel Detection System. The system uses satellite imagery and analytics to identify and track vessels operating illegally by concealing their location or intentions.
