It’s usual with this kind of receipt. Make a copy or a photo of it
Boss boss I have an idea, if we use this lower quality of paper, we spare 200k CHF per year!
Also, use your mobile phone camera as a scanner and scan every copy of any bill/important document you have. Future you will be thankful. Serial numbers of your car (sticker when you open the driver door), serial number of your bike, of your computer, EVERYTHING.
that’s thermal paper. And it’s hot outside.
Solution: scan the receipts and/or keep the originals in a drawer away from sunlight.
For Coop and affiliated shops i use an app – this is also where all warranty documents are stored.
Btw it does look like it’s been carried around in a pocket for a bit.

Chill. That’s just a screwed up receipt. The machine didn’t print it out correctly. It got stuck and smushed. It happens.
If you need a good looking one call their customer support or check your cumulus account, there you have your last few receipts
If you have the Migros app and the cumulus card, you scan it at check out and you automatically get the receipt digitally available in the app. I haven’t kept a receipt in years.
