      Please note that these high prices are republican-imposed. The tariffs are import taxes that are being illegally levied by a president that doesn’t have the authority to impose them.

      Just wait until the vast majority of the GOP base is unemployed when the agg/farm industry collapses due to other countries turning away from the US. I’m sure they’ll love paying higher prices for the good of the country.

      All of this reaffirms my belief the party has no desire a) have free and fair elections in 26 or b) honor the results of an election or c) the 26 election has already been done and they retain power indefinitely. A party saying this on the heels of winning power after the cost of things went up marginally obviously has a plan for their power grab.

      Only the rich think he is doing the right thing.

      It is because we all pay another few thousand in costs of good annually, but it is so THEY get to pay millions less in taxes every year.

      All they did was shift the tax burden from the rich to the poor…and they are trying to blame other countries for it. When the entire reason we make all our goods in other countries in the first place is because the rich wanted to save money on labor costs…so they put their manufacturing where countries allow slave wages.

      Theyre going to eliminate the middle class and establish only the wealthy and the poor. Now the problem is…the number of poor folks are going to vastly outnumber the wealthy. Hasn’t this already happened multiple times throughout history?
