I don’t understand what they expected.

In the UK being ‚Proscribed‘ means the organisation is formally recognised as Terrorists.

Showing support for Proscribed Organisations is a terror offence and well publicised as such.

So ofc if you go out and publically express support for terrorists you will be arrested.

Contrary to popular belief- they *can* arrest you all.

Can’t even have a protest anymore. What is this world coming to …?

    3. This is an absolutely insane policy for the government to persist with. Anyone who thinks these people are actually terrorists is insane or dishonest.

    4. If the police don’t arrest anyone claiming to be in support of Palestine Action, they’d have to allow supporters of Al Qaeda, Hezbollah, the Wagner Group, or the fun ‚Maniacs Murder Cult‘ to wear their badges, banners, etc.

Otherwise it’d be very easy to claim two tier justice, a major hot button in the UK atm.
