which sudan and which army? are the emirati’s supporting the ones doing the genocide in dafur again? most of the countries in north east africa are in civil war, except egpyt, some colder then others but all split in half by wagner, iranian interests, arabic intersts etc etc.

What European strategic partners?

Basically, the UAE and Russia are supporting RSF because they’re getting gold from Sudan smuggled into Russia and UAE.

The article doesn’t mention what type of Emirati transport jet it was. They have US-built C-17 cargo jets, though it would seem unlikely they’d use one of those to transport just 40 mercenaries, unless they had a crapton of gear with them.
Not sure if the UAE has C-130Js or not, but that would be a more sensible type to use for something like this.
Still, I’d be interested to know exactly what was shot down.

Interesting. I wonder who Grub Hubbed that order.

Sudan and Columbia going to war is an insane start to WW3.

Didn’t recently a bunch of Romanian mercs get kicked out of DRC? There’s seems to be all kinds of international mercs all over Africa currently.
