This is the way.
The qualification was never identified by the Supreme Court, and no legislation has passed defining it either. Just get rid of it entirely.
This is the type of effort we need. 94 feet, full court defense. Make them shoot the bill down when you are in the minority, keep introducing these types of bills whenever you can where you can. While Shri is doing, another Dem needs to be introducing their own bill to restore Medicaid, another needs to be introducing one to restore the DoE. They want to flood the zone, do it right back. Clog the pipe with as much as you can where you can when you can. We have over 200 members in the House, all of them can contribute in some way in opposition to this regime. They don’t have to parrot each other 100%, they all specialize in their own ways and need to use that to their advantage.
We’ve built a big tent, we have a wide range of views, but along with that a wide range of skill sets. It’s time to weaponize that variety and aim it at the GOP.
