Would this be unless deportation means violating eu human rights law? Ie if the criminal claims they will be persecuted upon arrival in their native country
£54k a year per foreign prisoner when they make up 12% of the total population.
That’s more than double my salary and I’m a public servant.
This may piss people off but it’s necessary I think. And very right wing for any Labour government.
Where will they be deported to? Will the receiving nation recognise our courts conviction?
Where do you send people who won’t tell you where they are from?
Oh look at that, guess protesting and polls do work. Won’t hold my breath on this actually happening considering the fact the one in one out policy was the big solution to illegal immigration. (It isn’t a solution at all…)
