Add voting with pencil and paper, needing paper form to get my MyCard as well as to pay tax or any other submission at a city office. I thought MyCard was going to reduce the number of workers at the city office because it would get digitized but there now seems to be more workers there.

When I went to a police office to renew my driver’s license, I had to wait in line to use a machine to print a form that I had to fill and submit to another desk.

There’s something very wrong when „digitization“ requires more people.
