Moin Guys, ich habe mich für Informatik in RWTH beworben, habe aber keinen Bericht von meiner Bewerbung erhalten. Es heißt, das Formale Zulasaungsvorausetzungen Erfült seit dem 15. Juli. Letzte Woche hat sich eine Sache namens Losverfahre eröffnet und ich habe mich auch dafür beworben, aber keine einzige Sache ist in meiner Bewerbung sicher, wie er die Bewerbung beantragt? Oder habe ich jetzt abgelehnt, ich frage mich einfach, wohin das läuft?

It simply means that you’ll officially take part in the ‚Losverfahren‘ (raffle). This is neither a letter of acceptance nor a rejection.
You fulfill the formal requirements, so that bar is cleared. Since Informatik Bachelor has a limited number of spots („NC“) not everyone that fulfills the requirements gets in, but the spots are filled by grade (at least most spots), note that there is a different number of spots for EU and non-EU students (with non -EU getting only a small quota). If after the process there are spots left since people didn’t take theirs, the rest is distributed by a raffle. So if you are lucky you can still get in, but better prepare for not getting one.
You didn’t get anything yet. You registered. Nothing was decided yet. It’s summer, most people are doing some vacations at the moment
This means you got rejected from the first round. They will now see how many people that got accepted in the first round actually take the spot. When there are spots left after that they will randomly draw people that applied for the losverfahren until all spots are filled.
Impossible to say from the outside how high the chances are that you get in. But it will take atleast a couple of weeks.
