      Look, is this a complex political issue like any other? Sure. But I cannot imagine that there aren’t at least a few of them who are all about eliminating PBS because a toy once asked them to tickle it, and they never got over their conflicted feelings about that.

      Trade education and information for misinformation and literal christian indoctrination. Prager is one of the biggest out there example of groomers/exploiters of children and the ignorant ( willful or accidental ).

      It’a really hard to overstate just how bad PragerU is: reductive, cherry-picking with the facts, misleading, one-sided, ridiculous, and revolting.

      It’s propaganda for simpleton ignoramuses seeking to confirm their biases. It’s basically on par with Fox News without the arrogant „humor“ and explicit anger.

      That this is used in any classroom is a disgusting outrage.

      I knew it was PragerU the moment I read the damned headline. All you have to know is that their educational programs involve Christopher Columbus and Frederick Douglass explaining to kids that slavery wasn’t all that bad

      It was pretty obvious Trump’s motivation for killing public broadcasting was because it was independently operated and politically neutral. PragerU is also independent even though they kiss his ass constantly. Ultimately he is going to replace them both with Truth TV and Truth Radio or some shit like that, so he can have a national state-run propaganda arm which he fully controls.

      Triggered. I had a business partner who actually thought “PragerU” was bona fide / useful. I had to tell him to stop forwarding their bs to our clients, who would backdoor me, asking “Hey is your guy playing with a full deck in sending me this crap?” Heaven help us all.

      I’ve already told my children to not listen to anything presented by PragerU or its affiliated media outlets. If you see their logic, just tune out. I go over everything they learn and teach them media literacy and how to investigate if something you read online is true. Peer reviewed studies and articles for science and just stop trusting American education to teach accurate history. I wish it was possible for my time off of work not to be spent making sure the information being passed down in school wasn’t categorically misleading or just straight up false but here we are.
