If you are looking for the specific brand, then you may be out of luck – but the same size should still be available pretty much everywhere (I would look at Tokmanni first, though)
Tokmanni is your best bet right now. There appears to be atleast 5 left in Kaisaniemi and 12 in itis

K Citymarket usually has these sizes.
S-kaupat seems to be able to send it straight home, but I don’t know how to use their site to find a store that has those

However, k-ruoka says the particular item is not made anymore, so you’ll most likely have to order it online if you want the exact same product.

You could try this as an alternative. It is taller, but the same shape, so if it’s too tall, you can just cut the excess

You could also try any 1×2 type filters, those are of a slightly different size than the one you are looking for, but might still work.
