If you give Putin any part of what he wants for territory, it means Russia will take a small break, rearm, use some of the lessons they learned and try again. We learned this from WW2 and Hitler. People keep waiting for Putin to be reasonable just like they did with Hitler but at the 3.5 year mark, he ain’t a reasonable dude and he never will be.
Trump is going to make some stupid demand like this that Ukraine just can’t accept and he will blame Ukraine and refuse to put sanctions on Russia. Pretty sure that’s his and Putin’s plan.
