      What stops them from doing it regardless of what the law allows? If you prefer other phrasing, who’s going to stop FBI agents if they kidnap Texas lawmakers?

      Even if the spooks wanted to arrest them, they’ll get no warrant. Any maga judge who signs off on it better know they are risking their career if they do. Then again, maybe they’re risking their career if they don’t. Either way, I haven’t seen any warrants being filed out for this. This is a dog/pony show.
