      Howard Stern has been on the verge of retirement for over 2 decades. If he wanted to stay with XM, he could. Many people only sub to XM for Stern. They are going to lose a ton of listeners as a result.

      Also – Stern doesnt need sirius or any of them any more. He can go fully independent, start streaming on youtube or Spotify and would be completely fine.

      My point is i guess is that regardless of what happens, if stern stays “cancelled”, it will be because he is finally hanging it up. Not because of trump or needing sirius to keep his show afloat.

      Howard Stern is 71 with a net worth of over $600 million. To say hes getting cancelled and doing a victory lap at his „demise“ is so stupid.

      Howard has the clout to keep going on his own, maybe he wants to hang it.

      Also he didn’t go down because he endorsed Hillary, what a stupid fucking statement

      So Wiggy has 125,000 listeners. He’s not making a 100 million grand a year but anything over 200 grand is to much. Why keep him when they can sign someone else who can double/ triple the listenership. They have a captive audience with longhaul truckers. They don’t want to hear about gay shit, they want a right wing wack job. There must be a right wing wack job they can sign for 200 grand a year. Or they can sign a popular radio guy. They have better choices than a old ass wig wearing queen.

      He’s not getting canceled, he’s at the end of his contract and he’s probably thinking he could do really well with a podcast instead of being stuck on the fax machine of radio.
