I book only from hotels’ own sites. Fuck booking.com
I use booking *specifically* to find the best price of accommodations. Idk why they want to sue for fair practice, if they dont want to use booking then they may remove their rooms from it lol.

That is literally how every platform operates in any industry. It is debatable whether booking is a monopoly since google ads booking revenue is huuuge ergo the whole market could be considered as “the internet”.
We ll wait for discovery to find out the actual legal claims I guess.
Use booking as a browser, book directly.

Just find the hotel and call them. Generally I can always get a good discount.
