      The Little Miami has been plenty high.

      They did it so they could do the trip faster and not scrape the canoe along the bottom at one or two places (if you’re local, and have been on the river, you know).

      This is just one of those things you maybe don’t get to do as VP, or at least go past the 275 loop where there are fewer homes along the river.

      When he was done with this “vacation”, they shut down the entire length of his commute to the airport – about 15 miles of interstate, maybe a dozen on-ramps – at peak rush hour – so that he could catch a flight back to DC uninterrupted. He must’ve had 40 cop motorcycles escorting him. I couldn’t believe it, there must’ve been thousands of people that were late for work that morning.
