Ich möchte Dachdecker von Bauarbeitern fragen, ob dies eine gute Praxis ist, und wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, würde ich auch gerne wissen, warum. Meine persönliche Meinung: Es ist nicht gut, weil 1) das Silikon nicht anhält und 2) das Kondensung (aus der Dusche) unter die Kacheln blasen, dort Flüssigkeit drehen und die Zone um sie herum feuchten, aber unter dem Dach. Was denkst du?

No. Normally, that flap continues so that it covers the next row and there is no need to fiddle around with silicone. Another common solution for this is a special roof duct pan (doorvoerpan). This is garbage craftsmanship.
this is a solution of minimal cost and effort in the short- to medium turn but it’s not qualitative and will probably fail within 10 years.
