If big boy here wants to play hardball, I wonder what the feasibility is of cutting off all federal government funding to this one nation in particular.
It’s interesting that the reserves entirely on board with development are the most remote.
Northern tribes, Manitoba ones on the way to Churchill, they want roads and railroads and economic development. Ones who are close to population centres where their roads, hospital, and everything is easy to access and covered seem to be far more anti development
