This should be universal across all countries. If you don’t reveal where your victims are they shouldn’t get the chance to be free. They probably shouldn’t get any privileges whilst locked up either.
You’d think this would be the absolute minimum for parole. Not revealing where they left their victims body is the last bit of control these vile people have. Until they reveal the location they should never even be eligible for parole.
Maybe it’s me but I feel like in these situations if the murder dies without revealing the bodys then the victims family should be handed the killers body and told do what you want. Burn and scatter it where the murders family will never know or bury it.
Edit after someone pointed it out you would instead get the killers cremated ashes to dispose of or do as you wish
