It’s always good to strengthen ties with people who respect others. As a bonus, being friendly with an hispanophone nation can have a lot of weight in the United States as well considering they makes about 20% of the US population!
This is just an anecdotal and not particularly intelligent comment, but I equate „Made in Mexico“ and „Made in US“ in terms of quality and value. It’s part of why I’ve bought into the DeWalt power tool platform, because a lot of their tools are made in Mexico.
Anyway. I’m happy to see this.
