Go to Třeboň for some Fish. Any decent restaurant will have local Třeboň fish.

That svíčková looks decent. Good choice! Best enjoyed with beer, though.
Soup called „kulajda“ (google it) is of south Bohemian origin. The favorite of many. Disliked by some.
Chlebíček is a go to I would say

Altough not czech, there is great bakery in Budějovice – Leipomo. Also next door is awsome cake shop – Slaďme se.
