      Overlay with disability? It’s possible this is just showing unemployment claims which are slipping to disability claims.

      Echoing the other comment, woukd love it if you could clarify what “consumption” means? Is it health insurance premiums plus out of pocket expenses?

      I thought the ACA was supposed to cap costs to only 8% of income?

      Or is that just capping premiums to 8%? And only for those poor enough to qualify for subsidies?

      How many people are like me in America…when I don’t have a job that provides health insurance/dental, I do not have health insurance or dental. If my job can’t afford to provide it, then I’m not making enough for some crazy expensive insurance.

      The system is built in a way that if you are not contributing to your society by working and paying taxes, your health is negotiable. How many people have trouble getting back to work/holding down a job because of medical and mental health issues that they cannot afford without the job?

      The choice of green is also interesting.

      Why are some 18% dark green and some are more mild green? I think you might have boofed the key on this one a little bit
