Ernsthafter Bullshit.

Wir brauchen pragmatische Politiker! Fick Prinzipien. Wir brauchen Lösungen.

The issue is the Bundesrat is neither truly principled enough to fight, nor pragmatic enough to blow smoke up his ass. Literally the worst of both worlds.

Seems every single country on this planet is so dependent on US money that even rich Switzerland is going to humiliate to the king in order to keep trading afloat.

    3. So many „react now“ stances…
In the usa there is a discussion ongoing about the legitimacy of the tariffs Donnie set.

There is a good chance that there will be a negation of said tariffs around late september. Cause Donnie is not allowed to set the tariffs without talking to the senate. And his executive orders and emergency „powers“ probably don’t even apply.

Sure the states are an unreliable „partner“ in the next decade. Donnie has destroyed a lot of trust.
But still, i don’t see a reactionary style appropriate by our government right now, atleast not in the way of planing extensively for the near future, since it could be all for nothing.
What needs to be done now is might protect our citizens as good as possible, till the american judges discussed the legitimacy of the tariffs (good chance the tariffs are not legit).
Look for other trading partners, like the EU and Canada, even Mexico.

But i agree with the pragmatism OP.
