You mean they’re occasionally arresting them too?
Not in the least bit surprising.
Does that mean its actually getting worse with teenagers or the gards are just catching more?
To me it definitely feels like teen boys especially are getting more violent/intimidating, but I don’t know if that’s down to me evolving into a swamp hag as I age.

It’s wild that we have no investment in the prison system.
We need more of them and fast.
