Dublin has a real issue with feral teenagers. The courts always side with them if an adult gives them a smack back so they think they’re immune to consequences.
It’s horrified to hear this happened in Ireland that is a fairly neutral country in treating other races compared to other European countries as far as I heard. Unfortunately failed education system…

As a Dubliner I find this so appalling. This tiny minority of scumbags are giving our city a bad name. The vast majority of Dubliners welcome our Indian friends.

Online misinformation had lead them to believe(or want to believe he was talking to minors) a different Indian man was caught on video doing this a couple of days prior in a different county but this man attacked was innocent.

Ireland has very little prison space and gives suspended sentences for most crimes leading to a huge amount of repeat offenders who carry out multiple crimes knowing nothing will happen them . The government politicians don’t care as they live in affluent areas away from most of the crime and get re-elected regardless
Ireland is pretty much lawless when it comes to crime , not many deaths but huge amounts of anti social behaviour, drug dealing , property theft etc . There is a small amount of prison space which is full so unless you kill somebody you won’t go to jail so criminals know this and act accordingly
