      Extremely skeptical of everything she says, but admitting Republicans are anti-women is one of the most obvious political statements a person can make.

      Good for her I guess for noticing something that has been apparent to the rest of us for decades.

      But don’t mistake this for her “abandoning” Trump or the Republican Party as a whole. She will still rubber stamp their evil legislation. She is not an ally.

      Her gripe is the treatment of women in her party. Not the migrants and US citizens that have been brutalized by ICE these past few months. Not Trump’s illegal tariffs that are hurting Georgia’s small businesses. Not Trump illegally seizing the most power of any president prior to him. Not Trump being found liable for rape and assault. Not Trump trying to overthrow a free and fair election in 2020. She is still loyal to the party ideology and will continue supporting it and its dear leader without a second thought.

      She wanted to level up, either to be Governor or Senator, and was denied party support. So now this. I mean, she’s not wrong about the GOP, but she got there by having her own personal ambitions curtailed, not because she suddenly discovered empathy.

      Of course, one could argue her ambitions were curtailed because, if she isn’t actually batshit, she does an amazing job of performing batshit. There’s probably polling that indicates that not only would she lose, she’d probably drag the rest of the GOP ticket with her, but if she manages to reach that conclusion she’s not going to state it publicly. Such introspection would damage her personal brand.
