That petition is as useful as fucking for virginity, to quote the response itself „The Government has no plans to repeal the Online Safety Act, and is working closely with Ofcom to implement the Act as quickly and effectively as possible to enable UK users to benefit from its protections“
the only way that it would be repealed is by mass-rejection of the law by every single company in the world but the UK does have some laws that allow them to fine the companies (if I would put on the [Alex Jones funny hat](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tin_foil_hat) I would say that the fines they could levy is partly why they implemented it, sure not the primary reason but it would be a nice extra little bonus for them)
