Also, lange Geschichte kurz. Ich brauchte ein neues Telefon und schrieb einen Mann aus Würzburg. Er verkaufte mir sein iPhone 15 Pro für 600 €, was ein vernünftiger Preis schien. Seine Bilder waren legitim und nicht aus dem Internet, sein Konto war 4 Jahre alt und er verkaufte in dieser Zeit mehr als 40 Artikel. Er bot mir an, das Up -Telefon abzuholen (bei ihm zu Hause!) Und bar zu bezahlen oder alternativ zu liefern. Dies müsste offensichtlich im Voraus bezahlen, und bot an, ein Bild von seinem Ausweis und einen Screenshot seiner Bankinformationen für meine Sicherheit zu senden. Ich akzeptierte und übertragen das Geld. Er brachte das Telefon am nächsten Morgen auf dem Weg zur Arbeit nach DHL.
Nun, das ist das letzte Mal, dass ich seit mehr als einer Woche von ihm gehört habe. Kein Telefon in Sicht. Ich fühle mich im Moment so dumm, dass ich nicht die sichere Zahlungsoption übernommen habe, aber es hätte mich 30 € mehr gekostet 🙁 Ich werde ihn mit seinen Anweisungen an der Hand auf der Polizeistation verklagen.
Meine Frage: Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht? Und hast du jemals dein Geld zurück gesehen? Danke schon Leute, Prost

PayPal with Käuferschutz. Why do so many people fall for the cheapest scams when easy solutions exist. Take it as a learning opportunity.

you were too cheap to pay 30€ for extra protection and now you probably lost 600€… take that as a lesson to never use paypal f&f
also the personal details he provided probably belong to a completely unrelated person which means suing him will be difficult
People like that ruin it for everyone. I usually want people to pay me f&f but now everyone thinks they will get scammed and it makes it harder for everyone
Most likley the account is hacked and the real owner isnt the dude who scammed you. I got money back once, good luck with the police.
It could also be that the ID he sent isnt him
The picture of an ID is 100% scam on Kleinanzeigen.
Its from another victim.
There is no one to sue and you are not getting money back.
Nobody in their right mind should send a picture of their ID to another person on the Internet.
Its a safe way to get your identity stolen and used in scams like these.
Edit: Appreciate the hate. Also, I actually have his IBAN number so police can track down the owner when I sue him. Let‘s see, I haven‘t given up hope yet.
