The article is clearly sarcastic: Zelensky expresses gratitude to the anti-corruption agency, which he wanted to ban (but was forced to lift the ban due to European pressure).
I am confident that the investigation took a long time, not just a week, and this is proof that the anti-corruption agency is effective.
Man, corruption like this in the times of war should be considered a high treason.
