      Well, the rest of the world needs to keep applying pressure on Hamas and the systems that allowed it to grow and survive. Terrorism must lose and be wiped out.

      Palestinian people should have a country. I mean they go way back in history. Who are we take that away from people. But those Hamas terrorist need to be removed.

      Hamas only exists to serve themselves. They’ll willingly kill their people to stay in power.

      Pressure is mounting on Netanyahu and these guys swoop in and vindicate his position.

      I do not support any terrorism, and one thing that is absolutely sure is Israel is in the wrong and Hamas is in less wrong. It’s perfectly understandable that Hamas refuses to disarm until Palestinian state is established especially after numerous times where Hamas agreed to ceasefire with help from other countries standing between Israel, only for Israel to just break it and start bombing next day or next week. Israel must stop the killing first entirely. It’s their turn.

      I hate to be that guy.. but wasn’t there an ongoing conflict between Hamas and the Palestinian authority before October 7th?

      If the world all of a sudden unites Palestine, won’t you immediately get a violent civil war?

      I might be an idiot. But have these negotiations already happened between Hamas and PA on how this would work?

      Again.. I’m not an expert, and willing to be corrected. But this feels like the 2 state solution is being set up for failure.

      Hamas will not disarm. They control their own people with such violence and stopped free elections after winning. The IDF will stop raiding other countries before this happens willingly. Forget a blue moon. Rainbow moon, maybe? Just.feed.the people

      They are terrorists, even if Palestinian state is established they will again force their own people with violence to keep them in power…Endless violence and terrorism with Hisbollah and Iran which is funding all terrorism worldwide.

      Nobody gives a shit about what Hamas says, ever, even once. Now, that doesn’t mean the current Israeli government – the most far-right in Israel’s history – should be able to claim the moral high-ground for _all_ of its actions. If you think a government should be unaccountable for any, let alone all, of its actions, well that’s crazy to me too.

      Right now 100 to 200 trucks per day of food get into gaza.

      It needs to be 500 to 600 trucks per day as it was before the war.

      Hamas are evil terrorist assholes, negotiations with them have gone nowhere.

      But unless Israel is intent on starving 2 million people to death they need to get more food into gaza.

      When even Trump is commenting on starving people in gaza it makes Israel look very bad and that in turn leads to increased anti-israel and anti-jew sentiment world wide.

      This is a PR nightmare that israel needs to fix by getting more food in.

      Israel decided to take over food distribution and now they own this mess. They need to step up and get more food in.
