Working on an educational & predictive lunar tracking app — Developers, what’s the biggest technical challenge I should anticipate?

Hey everyone, We’re currently working on an app called Lunar Tracker, designed to visualize how the Moon’s movements affect Earth in real-time — tides, climate patterns, agriculture cycles, and even predictive data related to resource extraction (like Helium-3).
It’s not just a data display app; we’re aiming for something that can be used by educators, policy makers, and even environmental agencies as a reliable tool for long-term planning.
I’ve attached a mockup of the prototype we’re developing to give you an idea of the direction.
My question to experienced developers is: What’s the #1 technical challenge or complexity you wish founders understood before starting a project that involves real-time environmental data, predictive modeling, and user-friendly visualizations?
