Hallo Leute. Gestern habe ich eine Frage zu diesem Papier veröffentlicht und sie wurde besprochen, ob ich die Geldstrafe bezahlen sollte oder nicht.
Wie das Gesetz nach dem Bürger, den ich (auch Angst) habe, ging ich zur Polizeistation und erklärte meine Situation. Und ich bin irgendwie untergegangen, wie viele Leute vorhergesagt wurden.
Ich traf einen freundlich aussehenden Polizisten. Ich zeigte ihm die Zeitung und das Ticket, aber er konnte nicht viel Englisch sprechen. Er erklärte als nur über falsche Parkplätze und zeigte mir Bilder von meinem Auto. Sie hatten mehr Bilder von meinem Auto als ein 16 -jähriges Mädchen, das gerade einen BMW zum Geburtstag bekam. Egal wie er sagte, ich muss normalerweise 1500Cz bezahlen, aber er sagte direkt, dass wir es 600Cz machen können. Ich denke, er hat es vorgeschlagen, weil dies der Munmount ist, den ein Tourist bezahlen würde, aber ich war auch freundlich und er schien auch freundlich zu sein. Ich habe nicht wie einige Leute geschlagen und die 24 € bezahlt. Das ist es.
Vielen Dank für all die Hilfe und Vorschläge. Es scheint, als könnte ich das Papier einfach wegwerfen, aber es ist besser, keine offene Geldstrafe für mein Auto zu haben. Alles in allem scheint es nicht wie ein Betrug oder ein Abzocken zu sein. Sehr freundlicher Polizist.

Depending on the reason behind you parking there, he can even forgive the whole ticket and let you go off with a warning. That has happened to me last week actually. So i guess 1500Czk is for the abusers of the said parking spot, but he asked for 600Czk as a lesson for a tourist to know that some parking spots are paid for and that you should be more on alert while parking. Seems like a fair deal.
500-600 is the usual sum the cops usually give to everyone. 200 is for people who are really likeable and 1500 for assholes.
Generally, in the Czech Republic ignoring anything like this has zero legal consequences and it is extremely unlikely that the authorities will try to enforce a small fine abroad. By coming to a police station when you find a piece of paper on your vehicle you make it easier for the authorities, but ignoring a piece of paper from the police on your vehicle is not illegal. It’s just a step by the police to skip the proper arministrative procedures, which are too costly compared to the fine amount for small offences, so the authorities usually won’t take further action if you ignore it.
