Man who settled fraud case with SEC in 2000 and tax evasion case with the District of Columbia last year tells you to believe him.
People who buy his financial instruments don’t seem to think that there is a possibility of default and losing your principal and/or converted to worthless MSTR shares. 9% isn’t great if you lose your principal.
