      Reminder that Supreme Court justices can be impeached and removed too. Any justice that is openly shitting on the Constitution (i.e. the conservatives) should be on the proverbial chopping block if Dems manage to pull off a blue wave next year.

      Not sure if „owe“ is the right word or not, but this entire system hinges largely on public’s faith in the Supreme Court. Roberts may need to explain that to Brett.

      Explaining decisions is literally a justice’s entire job. The position is to work for the public, not work for the goddamn Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation.

      In a more civilized country, he’d be impeached and removed for not doing his job of working for the taxpayers.

      We can plainly see the corruption. We can see that they are a wing of the MAGA party and that their decisions do not jive with the Constitution.They align with Trump.

      We can see that they are enabling an autocrat.
