      > No breakdown is provided of how much aid has been seized by armed groups versus civilians.

    2. So 90% is stolen by armed groups in gaza, but un claims it’s solely on israel that people there don’t get enough aid, cute

I’m no fan of Hamas but The Algemeiner is the opposite of “unbiased journalism” regarding the Gaza situation. Next we’ll be using Russian state media for “factual” information about the Ukraine invasion.

This is how Hamas funds its operations. It steals food and then sells it at exorbitant prices to desperate people. That money is then used to fund murder, rape, torture, kidnappings, rockets, tunnels and the oppression of the Gazan people.

Let’s flood the place with aid so that even 10% is enough to feed everyone. It shouldn’t be hard everyone just needs to work together. A group steeling the aid is no excuse to give up

Considering they’ve been governed by terrorist groups since they first turned down having their own country, and those! terrorist group had their leaders become billionaires and hide out in foreign countries, and these terrorist groups took aid for 70+ years and invested in war instead of education, infrastructure, or industry, this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who has even the slightest knowledge of the history of the region.

Even getting “intercepted” by civilians is a problem as they won’t distribute aid to their communities. It’ll feed their family, but not much. A peaceful solution to that would be more aid sites, but that in it of itself is a logistical and military nightmare right now
