That money is gone.
This request is dead in the water…..along with all the animals, fish and other wildlife killed by Thames Water dumping pollution into rivers.
Easy, give them a pay cut. They should have the money in savings

The mere thought of doing the right thing for the customers is laughed at by the wealthy, workshy thieves who run Thames Water.
