      I think Drew Margary is hilarious, so if he thinks something is hilarious, I’m in. (If you haven’t read his book The Hike, you should)

      Hating reboots is stupid. Hate movies that are bad. Because they are bad. Not because they are reboots.

      I read he didn’t rewatch the originals but saw them when they came out. I am wondering if the writers, producer and director went back and saw the first three. Those movies had a spirit to them. I haven’t watched it yet but hope that it does the original justice. The commercial with him SH***ing himself had me concerned. RiP Leslie Nielson.

      Call me skeptical, but the more I see and hear the buzz surrounding this movie, the more I get the vibe that a lot (not all) is astroturfing and viral marketing.

      Yeah, it’s really good. Great to see something that doesn’t involve superheroes!

      I saw it today. Let me first say that the original set a high bar. Anyone can turn that on today and it holds up extremely well. I think with all the hype about this new one I personally went in with high expectations. It’s a good movie and I hope more silly movies are made but the bar was so high I don’t think it hit the mark. I’d still give it a 3.5 out of 5. Another thing is all the best parts were shown in the trailer and marketing that followed it. I thought Pam Anderson and Liam Neeson did a phenomenal job together.

      The film was terrible unfortunately, dont know where these positive reviews are coming from and I went with a group who were big fans (inc me) of the original trilogy. Barely a chuckle from anyone
