It’s been obvious for some time now that they’ve been doctoring the jobs reports. They release inflated numbers to give the illusion that everything is okay and then quietly revise them down later.
Trump gives away so much by suspecting every dem appointee is cooking the books. Like a cheating partner who’s constantly afraid of being cheated on.

I’m also conservative-leaning independent and voted for Trump twice, both times with buyer’s remorse – but the alternative was just as bad for the country and would hurt my family financially. Job reports are fake anyway, even if they were reported to be accurate. Unemployment rate they don’t even count people who’ve been unemployed for more than six months. They just age them out of the system.

We really do need to get the public to demand details of how metrics are calculated. As a data engineer they mean nothing as it stands.
