The issue is the validity of the non-prosecution agreement that was reached with Epstein. As odious as it is, if that non-prosecution agreement is valid she’s going to go free. So the arguments should not be around how good or evil she is – she’s obviously a sex trafficker of underage girls, but rather if or how that non-prosecution agreement can be overturned.
