I think it’s a fair point. Jimmy Olsen and Mr. Terrific were two of my favourite parts of the new Superman, but when I heard they were floating spinoffs for both of them I definitely wasn’t „excited“. That’s not to say those spinoffs wouldn’t be good if they were made, but the market is oversaturated with spinoffs and tie-ins
…Aren’t they making movies for a lot of Batman’s rogues set in that universe?

I agree about superhero films, but I’ve seen a lot of great films that could’ve given two fucks about justifying their own existences. And no, my opinion of them being good films has nothing to do with such justification.
