      Media allows this to be „plausible“ by entertaining it at all. The article states its a constitutional amendment issue and yet also opens the door to „how will Trump implement it“ giving it life.

      Trump is a convicted felon and a rapist who was great friends with a child sex trafficker. Is anything he does really worse than you can imagine? How limited is your damn imagination to be saying that? The idea that any news outlet can post anything feigning ignorance to the corruption and depravity of Trump and his fascist friends is beyond failure of any journalist integrity.

      SCOTUS is complicit. They declined to reach the merits of the case, but also refused to let the lower courts preserve the status quo while the case is litigated. It is literally nuts to think that the Constitution can be amended by executive order.

      Their day is coming. We should have one justice for every federal circuit, just like they did back in the founder’s time that Alito and Thomas drool over.
