Damn the payload of those things are getting bigger.
How effective are these attacks really? I mean, there’s the psychological impact of it for sure. But on war production? There are many research articles stating that the strategic bombing of Germany during WW2 was very limited in effectiveness, shortening the war by at most a few months. Germany’s production even rose throughout the war, despite the bombing! And that was on a much bigger, apocalyptic scale than what we’re seeing here.
I’m sure Russia will target a legitimate military target, such as a children’s hospital ward, in response.
