These bad boys are used to dry cut grass which is then fed to cattle. If I’m not mistaken, they are used only in Slovenia. There are other types too, some are as big as a house.
Some fellow redditor will correct me any second.
These are Kozolec a wooden structure, used for hay
We have two types, the one pictured and another one called Toplar.
A unique thing here in Slovenia, but you can also find it in parts of Italy
