Good for him. It’s crazy how one day at a time can add up to a lifetime of freedom. To people without alcoholism it’s hard to understand how difficult it really is. To the ones interested in getting sober it can be done and it will get easier. My first couple of years of my sobriety I was white knuckling it but you will find your serenity if you trust the process. Sobriety is very freeing and peaceful.
My man, I doubt I’m going to live another 32 years but I hope to reach 35 years sober one day!
