I do not understand why anyone would think Armenia will give up control of the most important piece of land in the Caucasus. If nothing, they should make a nuclear reactor there with a detonator button in case anyone gets itchy

Armenia knows how dumb it is, Azerbaijan just wants to damage Armenia/Iran ties, look at the recent increase In Trade and flights, Azerbaijan wants to divide
If it was not for Iran, Armenia would be fucked
Just remember that this would have never been an endless debate had stupid Putin not included it in that statement following the war he greenlit in 2020.
He also had the chance to shut Aliyev up back in 2020-2023 regarding the claims made by Azeris, but he kept silent.
