If ever there was a case for eminent domain, this is it and of course the government will do nothing.
“As soon as we heard the tsunami warnings, we contacted local law enforcement and FEMA to ensure the road was opened”. A road that is part of an evacuation route should NEVER be made private. How does the state even agree to allow that?
