Also, the chaff is literally confirmed to be used by the military around the world for “practice” but when you search up “military chaff cloud” most of the images are literal weather reports of large clouds covering MULTIPLE STATES.

Glitter being used for chaff is decently known. Also that blurb is saying the glitter is dispersed in a „cloud“ of glitter, not dispersing the glitter to create a cloud

Back in like 2010ish I was finding super small glitter everywhere. It was driving me nuts. I had one spiral bound notebook that had little glitter stars on it so pretty likely it came from that, even tho I wasn’t using it. I hate it with a passion. I’m absolutely paranoid about it getting in eyeballs.
Interestingly I got one of these crazy tiny peices and put it under a microscope. It was actually octagon in shape with the number 15 perfectly in the middle. Not a conspiracy, probably how the company labels its sizes but, also, not at all what I was expecting to see lol.
