Submission statement: This contradicts what the press secretary said and is Trump himself tying his relationship to Epstein with the spa at Mar-a-lago and specifically Virginia Giuffre, who was at the center of some of the major story threads for years in the broader world of the Epstein conspiracy/coverup/whatever this whole thing should be called. The phrasing is also somewhat telling as it implies a sense of ownership and lack of free determination on the part of the people „taken“ away.

Thats not true at all. Trump wanted her travelling with his boyfriend. She kept an eye on him. And she then made false accusations against jeff when trump was mad at him and accused the gay men trump told her to. This being revealed was too much for her. She was actively trying to fake her death (or just literally make up a reason to die) when trump told her he was going to be exposed. Virginia would have gone to jail with trump as his accomplice.

There goes the narrative, as stupid as it was, that MAGA was saying for years how Trump removed Epstein from his life after he found out Epstein was a sex trafficker. Not only was that not the case, Trump was upset that Epstein poached his young girls. And he just outright says it.
This is so goddamn funny and stupid. He has gotten away with so much BS all his life, but his dementia addled brain can’t even attempt anything remotely plausible for his followers to eat up anymore. He just admits incriminating stuff, stopping just short of „yeah I raped underage girls. You would too if you were in my position“. Hell, we’re probably just a few days away from him just saying that.
