



Dies sind meine Daten aus dem letzten Jahr von Garmin!
Von all den interessanten Korrelationen war dieser ziemlich seltsam. Ich habe mich immer gefragt, ob ihre "Stress" Die Niveaus weisen auf tatsächliche Stress oder nur Variationen der Herzfrequenz an.
Interessanterweise fand ich eine starke negative Korrelation zwischen meinem täglichen durchschnittlichen Stressniveau und meiner maximalen Herzfrequenz während der Aktivität (oben gezeigt).
An Wochentagen hebe ich normalerweise (Kreuzheben, Kniebeugen usw.), aber an Wochenenden wechsle ich zu Cardio/Sport.
Ich habe nie erwartet, dass meine Stressniveaus so eng mit der Art und Intensität meiner Aktivität verbunden sind!
Natürlich gibt es andere Variablen, aber immer noch interessant, 😅 zu sehen.

Stress isnt what you are thinking. Its measured by heart rate variability. Im guessing your alcohol consumption is higher on Saturday
What solution did you use to pipe in your Garmin data and see those stats?
First, how is „stress“ determined? Second, is that a correlation of the two time series?
Completely anecdotal but Saturdays are also stressful for me because, while work can be hard, it is usually predictable, boring and I can just flow through the week like nothing. Saturdays on the otherhand, I am stressing about the huge list of home maintenence, while also trying to balance how to „relax“ this weekend. Throw in potential plans with friends/family to the mix…
